I came here for 1 night and had a really good stay. The place was exceptional and restaurant was small. The location was amazing, not too far from Fairmont le Chateau Frontenac. The airport was 12 miles away. Nicely furnished, brand-new room with great views, everything was really good. The service was all in all very efficient. Plus, I was able to park the car off site.

The room decor is very nice and the staff are very attentive. The breakfast is good and the location is perfect for those who want to stroll through the old part of Quebec
The wireless connection was very bad. There was also a thick layer of dust in the furniture where the TV were. The parking lot was not big enough to accomodate all costumers cars.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. It was clean, quiet and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was more than adequate, the breakfast room clean and cheerful, if a little bit small. The hotel is very centrally located, we walked everywhere we wanted to visit, but it was on a quiet street. A very pleasant stay.

I enjoyed the great breakfast selection each morning, the unique charm of our cozy room, and the refreshing option of opening the windows to cool down the room. Would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is located within walking distance of all the essential sites to visit in Old Quebec. There are many excellent restaurants in the area. The staff is very professional but also cordial and helpful. The room was nicely furnished with a great view. The espresso machine in the lobby area was a big hit with my husband. We will definitely stay there again whenever we are in Quebec City.

Very friendly, helpful and informative staff, the rooms had great "old school" style designs and the brick walls in the rooms were very rustic and authentic feeling.
Our room was kind of loud with the air conditioner rattling

The location was perfect, just a short walk from all the attractions. Our room was cozy, with comfy beds and a nice view. A standout was the staff, who were always helpful. Plus, the outdoor temperatures were good, giving us the chance to enjoy the fresh air from the windows, even though we opted for a/c during the heatwave.

Location was great! Old Quebec- we were able to walk everywhere. Close to Plaines de Abraham, great restaurants, shopping and attractions.
Rooms could have had better lighting- a bit dark at night especially when trying to read.

Spacious room, breakfast was included and offered good variety of hot and cold selections
Snow removal, on street side room, somewhat noisy and went on until about 2 am, however, the hotel had no control over this. In a future renovation, they might consider better sound insulating windows for rooms that are along the street.
